What are Research Sprints?

Research sprints offer faculty the opportunity to partner with a team of expert librarians on a component of a broader project over the course of a week. The intent is for the entire team—faculty and librarians—to work without distractions for that period of time, to produce a tangible product or outcome.

Research Sprints were created at the University of Kansas Libraries and the University of Minnesota Libraries has partnered in their development.  We welcome other institutions to iterate on this concept and host their own Research Sprints.  Please explore the tabs above to find resources and learn more about how our Libraries have developed and advanced Research Sprints.
